Home wicker pie
The recipe for this delicious, homey, cozy pie I saw in the transfer member of Berkovoy "Tele-tele-dough". Join the tea party with a really cozy pie.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    350 ml

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    350 g

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

Kefir slightly heated to body temperature, add yeast, stir.

Gradually pouring flour, zamesit dough. Spread the softened pieces of butter on the dough and carefully stir the butter into the dough. At the end sprinkle on the dough a teaspoon of salt and knead another 10 minutes.

Wrap the dough in cling film and leave for 40 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.

Shred cabbage randomly. Add to the onions, stir and simmer with the lid on for 7-10 minutes.

After add soy sauce, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Fish fillet cut into cubes fry in a little vegetable oil to make it slightly "grabbed". Add to the cabbage. I used a canned sardine. But if you don't like the fish cakes you can without it. Add the chopped greens, salt and pepper, mix gently.

Put the braid on top. Cover braids the whole pie. I got 5 KOs. The edges of the dough turn a cushion to the braids and hide just the ends of our braids. Cover with a towel and leave for proofing.

After proofing grease pie with beaten egg and bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
