Unleavened oat bread
I bought this recipe. Here, finally, was going to post this recipe. Bread, of course, is not quite the usual, rough. Can someone this option will satisfy me.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    250 g

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Oat flour

    125 g

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    280 g

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl mix all the flours and Flaxseed.

Add baking soda, salt and honey.

Add the kefir.

Knead the dough.

Formed round buhanku, lightly crush, the first incision. Lubricated good milk.

Spread in a floured and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35 minutes. In the oven the bread will rise. Ready bread when tapped will make a hollow sound.
