Young sprouts in soy sauce
In this heat, as now, do not want neither hot nor cold, neither sweet... and the plate stand is not very comfortable. Try this easy appetizer of cabbage. Quick and easy! Serve this dish as a salad or side dish, both hot and cold. I served with sour cream on the second.

Ingredients

For this dish I took a young cabbage (half a head), a few sprigs of parsley, one onion, chilli (a bit) and soy sauce TM Kikkoman.

The onion I sliced not too finely (I like). From pepper, cut off a few rings. If you like spicy - pepper can take more.

In a pan heated sunflower oil and put chopped onion and pepper.

At this time, the cabbage washed, removed the solid part and cut in small pieces (as pictured).

Onions fry until Golden brown. It took about 2 minutes - 3.

Added sauteed onions to the cabbage. With constant stirring on a medium heat fry the cabbage. It is also 2 - 3 minutes.

Two tablespoons of soy sauce added three tablespoons of water.

Poured the water from the sauce to the pan. On average, the fire was extinguished about 5 minutes.
