Diners cheese truffles
The word "TRUFFLE" in most if not associated with fungus, with a delicate chocolate treat, which few people can remain indifferent! But if You are a lover of cheese (such as French), these eateries truffles will be most welcome at Your holiday table or buffet! P. S. For the preparation of the snacks we will need several different types of cheese... clarification on cheese look at the ingredients, because, unfortunately, the program did not allow me to submit the names directly to the list of products.

Ingredients

  • Soft cheese

    50 g

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare for all the cheese "truffle" mass. Cheese Fontina and Gruyere cut into slices. Parmesan RUB on a small grater. In the bowl of a mixer put the pieces of cheese Fontina and Gruyere and chop.

Add to the mixer all the other (soft) cheeses and blend again until smooth mass.

Lay obtained cheese mass into a bowl, cover with clingfilm and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (and all night).

For making "truffles" take out curd from the refrigerator and prepare from it balls the size of a small walnut.

In four small deep plates, pour the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, paprika and chopped green onions. Very good time to use a very thin young feathers of green onions (chives-onion).

That's all! Such cheese "truffles" can be prepared in advance, stored 2-3 days in the fridge in an airtight container with a lid.
