A quick and tasty pie. Made in the cartoon turned out great. I hope the recipe is useful to somebody!
Ingredients

Semolina
1 cup

Yogurt
1 cup

Sugar
1 cup

Chicken egg
3 piece

Flour
-
Soda
0.5 tsp

Vegetable oil

Sour cream
Cooking
All of the ingredients out of the fridge, let them warm to room temperature. Semolina pour the yogurt for 10 minutes.
Egg whisk with sugar.
The eggs, spread the semolina, flour, soda to the consistency of sour cream.
Pour batter into greased pan multivarki. I'll put "cakes" on 60 minutes.
Optionally cut the cake into 3 pieces and coat with sour cream with sugar. (The"cream" of the cream with sugar is just sugar added to the sour cream and either stir or wait 10-15 minutes until it is completely dissolved). Everything is ready, bon appétit!
