That's exactly how I cook the braised cabbage as a side dish.

Cooking
All products take the eye. In vegetable oil fry the finely chopped onion and add chopped fine julienne cabbage.
After some time, add shredded pepper and mushrooms. I had this time mushroom legs, which had to use.
In the end, add tomatoes (julienne is also possible:)) and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste, give out together and soak up the juices.
