Cooking
Onion cut into semi-rings, carrots to RUB on a grater for Korean carrot. Put to sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until tender. Prepared vegetables put in a bowl. In the remaining oil ( you can add more) quickly fry the liver for a couple of minutes on high heat.
Squeeze orange juice, add the salt, spices and soy sauce.
Fire reduce. Pour the soy-orange sauce and add roasted vegetables. Simmer for 4 minutes more. All the dish is ready!
