Mayonnaise without eggs
Wanted mayonnaise from the store stomach aches, raw eggs - Salmonella fear. Looking at the recipes on the website, decided to experiment. It turns out a lot cheaper, and most importantly, tasty and not very nutritious. Looked through all the recipes, this is definitely not.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

That's what we need. Sorry, forgot to put the oil. In the ingredients number of products is approximate, so be guided by your taste.

Stir flour in water until the consistency of thick cream. Pour into a saucepan the milk and put on fire. As soon as the milk boils, pour in the flour mixture and quickly stir. I immediately turn off the stove and give it a minute to simmer.

You should get a thick mass. If there are lumps, nothing to worry, a blender will fix it. Cool.

As soon as the mass has cooled, loaded it in blender, if not, leave it in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Everything else (oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and sugar) I add gradually to adjust the taste.

If you add more oil the mayonnaise will be more thick and soft.
