Eintopf
Eintopf in German – in the same pan. Thick, rich stew composition prepared in one pot, where all at once and fry, and stew. Meat and smoked meats, sausages and bacon, a variety of vegetables, varying according to the season and desire all this makes eintopf very tasty and easy dish. The variety of recipes will help you to find your own version. For a large company, and family dinner – eintopf always good!

Cooking

Soak red beans overnight in cold water. In the morning drain the water and cook the beans in fresh unsalted water until almost tender. Drain in a sieve.

Prepare the vegetables, to clear of sausages and hot dogs. I have sausages in edible casing.

Slice meat products cubes, the meat is slightly larger than the finished product.

Cut the vegetables into medium cubes.

Put onions, celery and carrots and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add the turnips, if turnips bitter, scald it with boiling water before lowering. Rake the middle of the bowl and spread to the sauerkraut. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
