Cooking
Potatoes, butter mince. Add the egg, salt, pepper.
Add the flour, knead the dough. The ball of dough put into the fridge for 15 minutes.
The bottom of the form, 24 cm (I used all-in-one, so I left the strips to make it easier to remove the cake from the mold), covered baking paper. Spread the dough on the form, to make bumpers. If the dough is sticky you can sprinkle flour. Pinned with a fork in several places that the dough is not swollen. Harvesting in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
While the base is baked, prepare the filling. The Turkey cut into cubes and fry until soft. Salt, pepper.
Cut onion into half rings and fry in butter until Golden brown.
Add the cream and Kikkoman soy sauce.
Add flour, stir to avoid lumps, and remove from heat. The sauce is ready.
Based out of the oven, spread on her Turkey.
Spread on top cream and onion dip.
Sprinkle grated on a fine grater Parmesan. Put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Served hot!!
