I represent to Your attention to beautiful molding bread and a delicious recipe air test. When working with yeast dough, be sure to consider the quality of the flour, butter and other products You use. All flour is different, so in the process of mixing the dough, be careful to get soft. If you want to add flour, do it, if You see that the flour is more than enough, reduce its quantity.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Yeast

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp
