Muffins with dried cranberries
These are easy to prepare and delicious cupcakes that they want to serve all my friends.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla

    2 pack

  • Leavening agent

    2 pack

  • Cranberry

    100 g

Cooking

Cranberries, pour hot water, give it to swell, rinse, drain, dry with paper towel.

The butter should be softened and the eggs room temperature. Beat eggs with sugar, add oil, baking powder, vanilla, milk (or juice).

Whisk remove from blender and continue to mix with hands, gradually adding the sifted flour. Add dried cranberries, mix well. The dough should get as pancakes.

Sort 1 full tablespoon of the batter into the baking pan of cupcakes (half paper muffin cups) and bake at 190* for 20 minutes.

The finished muffins to cool. PS. During baking they formed on top of crispy crust to become soft, place cooled muffins in a plastic bag for 1-2 hours and they will become soft as purchase muffins.
