Description
As you know ceviche is a dish of fish or seafood. It is common in many cuisines of Latin America. Depending on the country or region the recipe for the ceviche can vary. Additional ingredients are onions, celery, cilantro, Chile, etc., I suggest to try ceviche herring. It is an explosion of flavors, combined with fresh cucumber with herring, Apple, Chile, and amazingly flavorful dressing.

Cooking
Herring cut into fillets, remove the bones and skin. Cut into small pieces and sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle with vinegar.
Garlic, ginger and cilantro chop. Mix with lemon juice, soy sauce and vegetable oil IDEAL.
Cucumber, onion, chili pepper and Apple into small cubes.
Herring and chopped vegetables mix well and pour over the marinade. Let stand 15 minutes. The cherry tomatoes cut in half and add to the ceviche.
