Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 kg

  • Cranberries

    500 g

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Water

    50 ml

Clean the apples ( better sour and sweet varieties ) spots on the skin and remove the core. Slice them and put them in the slow cooker. Pour water and set the cooking program.

Pour the cranberries and sugar.

To retain more vitamins, apples, I cooked for only 30 minutes and put in a deep bowl.

5 minute mash hand blender and leave it in the bowl.

The cooled jam has thickened.

Moved it in the tank, and the remaining jam in a ramekin for the sample.

Taste the jam I liked. I love more sour than sweet.

Put it in the fridge for storage. A good filling for pies and the cream on the cake.
