Cooking
To prepare the products: clean from top leaves and rinse radicchio under cold running water, wash oranges, rinse your greens.
Separate the radicchio leaves and soak in cold water with lemon juice. This will save the salad leaves from excess of bitterness. Olives cut into quarters, thinly slice the red onion, ham to pick or cut into thin strips.
To filterout oranges: to do this with a knife to cut the crust in a circle with a whole orange, and then, with a sharp knife, holding the orange in his hand, cut the orange segments between the films, holding the knife at an angle (easy to adapt). To do this over a bowl, collecting the juice. Squeeze the juice from the remnants of the orange into the same bowl.
The participants in the orange juice add freshly ground black pepper, salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and torn from the stalks the leaves of green.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl together with the dressing.
Put in serving dish, add the greens (if you want to add balsamic cream). Well, with pink wine - very good:)
