Baked cheese balls
Very delicious dish for lovers of cheese (like me). The main thing is not to overdo the cakes in the oven and do not interrupt the flour, so they will be tender and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    450 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

Pour the raisins for 5 minutes in hot water, then drain the water and raisins to dry with a towel. The oven heated to 220 degrees.
