Cooking

step-0
So! Instant gelatin pour cold milk, stir and leave aside.
step-1
Meanwhile, whisk our cottage cheese (I take 0% fat, figure, you know ;-) )with condensed milk. Add condensed milk to taste, I don't like very sweet, takes me somewhere half 380 gram cans. Curd is supposed to be gentle and homogeneous, without grains. Heat the milk with gelatin on the stove to dissolve the gelatin (milk should not boil!!). combine with cottage cheese, add to the sour cream, vanilla and mix everything thoroughly with a mixer.
step-2
Now begins the improvisation. Share our cottage cheese into 3 parts. In one part add strawberries, crushed with a fork (just need a few berries, if you put a lot of strawberries, then a layer can not be frozen)and stir thoroughly. Of course you can put any berries...or syrup
step-3
In the second part add cocoa. Third leave just vanilla.
step-4
Now take the form, first pour strawberry mixture. Put into the fridge to harden (I always buy gelatin “Dr. Oetker”, it all freezes in a matter of minutes). When the first layer is sufficiently frozen, gently pour the second part (just vanilla), again sent in the fridge. After hardening, pour on top of the third layer with cocoa, and again sent in the fridge. That's how it looks in the form
step-5
In an hour you can get, cut into portions, sprinkle with grated chocolate and enjoy! Like even opposers of cheese (tested on husband :-) ), since he's not recognizable, the taste is reminiscent of the "bird's milk", whatever it was in childhood. Alternatively, you can pour the layers in a large glass bowl or Bon appetit!
