Description
In the season of blanks I want to share a recipe for tasty, spicy cucumber salad. These pickles can be rolled up for the winter, and you can use only the first part of the recipe (without heat treatment) and cook very tasty, bright, fresh appetizer!

Cooking
Cucumbers cut into slices.
Put them in a deep bowl (or pot). Add ground black pepper, salt and sugar. Mix, add vinegar, vegetable oil, chopped garlic and parsley. Mix well and leave the cucumbers for 4 hours (after the pickles become a wonderful marinated flavor, and at this stage they can be safely eat).
Proceed to the next stage. Put cucumbers in a pot and put it on the stove where at medium boil (stirring occasionally). After boiling, boil the cucumbers for 10 minutes (no more).
Next, remove the pan from the heat and immediately spread the salad on sterilized banks, to twist sterile caps. Then the banks turn upside down and wrap it up. Leave in position until cool, then return to the normal position.
