Walnut-chocolate bagels
Again chocolate, nutty again, very well, we love this combination. For the competition"Silver Line to the delight of the children"

Ingredients

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

From the flour and oil knead the dough.

Nuts to chop and mix with grated chocolate.

Add to the dough vanilla sugar,sugar, egg yolk, nuts with chocolate.Knead the dough and put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into two sausages.

Cut into slices 1 cm thick and shape the bagel.Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes at the 180 degrees.

Allow to cool and lubricate the chocolate frosting(I greased with melted chocolate)to give to dry the glaze and sprinkle the bagels with the powder.
