Wheat bread with cheese and dill
The following bread is also from the "I want something, I don't know". It also diversifies your daily routine or a weekend. Dense, rich, fragrant. Perfect for a Cup of tea for Breakfast or hot soup for lunch!

  • Sourdough

Mix all ingredients, except cheese and greens.

Knead the dough. I vymenila in HP with the lid open until a strong gluten development (and I think overdone). In principle, it is enough for 10-15 minutes of kneading. If the batter is watery, you can add a couple of tablespoons of flour. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
