Red cabbage Flemish in a slow cooker
A delicate dish with creamy taste. Cold can act as snacks, and hot to be a great side dish. Cooked in multivarka VITEK - 4212BK.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage, red,

    1 plug

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cabbage cut into 4 pieces and remove the stalk. Finely chopped.

Butter* preheat mode "Frying". Add the cabbage, season with salt and pepper, pour the vinegar. *on fasting days you can butter easily replaced by a vegetable. Personally tried - creamy taste of the finished dish remains.

Stir and cook for 1H in the "Baking".

Apples cut into 4 pieces and remove the core. Cut them into slices.

Add to the cabbage along with the sugar. Mix well.

Close the lid and cook for another 20 minutes in the "Baking"
