Scrambled eggs and cheese sandwich - the usual Breakfast for any of us. It would seem, what here it is possible to come up with new? Try my version and I assure you, it will become a favorite! Additionally, this hot Breakfast is breaking all speed records, because it will be ready in just 1 minute!

From buns to cut the lid, select the pulp, leaving the walls
The bottom and sides of the buns to lay a strip of bacon or ham
Beat the egg and season with salt and pepper. Make sure that all the egg was placed in a bun and no streaks of whites (can explode)
Sprinkle with grated cheese (preferably low melting, I "Scamorza"), cover with the bun top and bake in microwave 45 seconds, power 800 Watt, then the egg will "in the bag" - the protein will seize, and the yolk will be creamy.
