Sprats in the cone
Offer you the options of new year snacks-a great alternative to sandwiches with sprats. Saw this morning on TV and immediately rush to prepare. Instead of celery you can put fresh or pickled cucumber, add cheese and Apple.. Well, nothing for imagination?

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    0.5 pack

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Green olives

    10 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Sprats

    6 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Remove the dough from the freezer. Single layer to thaw, the second to remove the back. 2 cook hard-boiled eggs.

Roll the dough in length (approximately 2-2. 5 fold increase), oiling damp, lightly beaten egg (use not more than 1/2 eggs). Cut into strips about 1-1,5 cm (best cut with a pizza cutter).

If You have a special shape in the form of cones, use them. I shape made out of foil. Cut a piece of 20 cm (length bean foil approximately 27 cm). And doubled (the width was 10 cm) and wrapped conosci-6 PCs.. Try it, it's very simple.

Enable to heat up the oven for 230-220 degrees. The shape of the cones is essential to lubricate with oil (I forgot and then I had to scrub their cones from the forms, but the silicone Mat I greased just in case oil...) the Dough wound on the cones (I have one cone left an average of 2.5 stripes, but you understand that everything is relative)-get the moose 6 cones. Grease lightly beaten egg. And put in a hot oven for 20 minutes.

While baked cones, prepare the filling. Cut eggs in half, separating yolks and whites. Proteins RUB on a small grater (for decoration). The yolks mixed with mustard. Add 4 pieces of olives, finely chopped. If the mass is very thick, add 1 tbsp olive (or vegetable) oil.
