Great respect for the combination of flavors of tomatoes and Basil. Therefore, the traditional Italian appetizer "Caprese" in my Pets. And experiments with her recipe I had, naturally, a lot. I want to share the final version, which is considered the most successful.

My bundle of Basil (these are sold in pots in many supermarkets), leaves only and put in a blender.
To Basil, add salt, garlic (if someone likes to go for the gusto, you can 3 cloves, but no more, otherwise will score the taste of Basil), balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
The ingredients blend, the output of such unpleasant mushy pulp.
Tomatoes cut into slices not thicker than 0.5 cm, spread on top of cheese. I tried different options and mozzarella, the classic dishes (to my taste bland) and cheese (salty on the contrary), and slathered the cream cheese type "Almette". Adygei cheese for my taste, was most appropriate.
Over the cheese spread with a spoon and distribute our mush. To be completely unpresentable, however, is very pleasant to the taste, suitable even for the holiday table... My guests appreciated on the highest level))!
