Cooking
Boiled beets clean and cut into cubes. Cut the nuts in half of the nucleolus along, and then into 3-4 parts
Finely chop the leeks as finely coriander, young garlic and sorrel (sorrel you can substitute any other greens, or add to the greens some more, if desired)
Mix all the components, squeeze in half of lemon, salt, pepper (not for spiciness, and flavor), season with vegetable oil (better, of course, olive), leave for 10-15 minutes and serve
