Red fish on toast
Delicious, fast, and summer recipe. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Green olives

    10 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Walnuts

    5 piece

  • Allspice

  • Bread

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    0.5 tooth

Cooking

Olives (pits removed), walnuts, herbs and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to cook in a blender pasta. Add the soy sauce.

Fish fillet cut into slices with thickness of 1-1,5 see Sprinkle with soy sauce and pepper (you can use any spices). Sauté for 7-8 minutes.

Toast bread to toast. Spread the resulting paste. Spread on a baking sheet and place in oven for 4-5 minutes at 180 degrees.

Gently lay the fish on lettuce leaves, alternating with toast. Decorate with olives and serve.
