Description

Cream orange cake
Baked in my oven the cake I was going to make lemon curd to it, and in the refrigerator nor lemons, nor the oil (or residual oil). But there were oranges and white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Grind eggs with sugar, squeeze juice from oranges and pour in the eggs

In a saucepan melt on low heat the butter with the chocolate

In the saucepan little by little pour the mixture of eggs, sugar and juice and stir constantly until thick. The cream should thicken, but not boil! In the photo I was trying to show that he really thickens.
