Minced vegetable patties
For those who love all vegetables=)

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 kg

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Cabbage, pepper and celery cook for 5-7 minutes and remove from heat. In a deep bowl, mix all vegetables and herbs finely porubit. Add the semolina, flour and egg (don't forget to salt and spice)
