Description
Good afternoon, cooks! Today I got to level 5 and decided to treat You to a seafood dish that is very loved in our family, tasty, flavorful, very easy and quick to prepare. Mussels "Mariner" (FR. "moules marinieres") - a traditional dish of the biggest fairs of France which is held every first Sunday of September in Lille. I'm making these mussels year-round! ;)

Cooking
Mussels, rinse well, and brush if they need it. To do this cut a process similar to algae, and suscribete growths in the sink. Mussels with cracked shells to throw.
Onion (1 large onion, 2 small red) and finely chop the parsley, garlic (3 clove) to crush with side of knife.
In a cold pan put the butter (70 g), melt it on low heat, add the onion, garlic and parsley. Sauté onions until slightly Golden. It needs to be ready, but not fried.
Add 1 Bay leaf, 1 tsp thyme and wine (0.5 l), all put out for 3 minutes, without bringing the wine to a boil.
Add the mussels, cover with a lid. After 3 minutes stir and cover again for about 3 minutes. The mussels are ready when shells open.
Traditionally this dish is served with French fries and a glass of beer. Mussels with open shells can't be eaten!
