Buckwheat... To my shame, I've never tried buckwheat pancakes. But in vain! Invite you to taste this wonderful dish and you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing taste of all our favorite pancakes, stuffed with meat with aromatic herbs, baked under a cheese crust. Please come to the table...

Sift buckwheat flour, adding the usual mineral water with gas, 2 eggs, lightly season with salt.
All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. I want to add that I poured in an additional 30 ml of water - here you need to look at the consistency of the dough, because the flour may be different.
In oiled frying pan (diameter 20 cm) 8 PCs bake wonderful pancakes.
Finely chop the onion, cumin (I beans) grind them in a mortar. In forcemeat add salt, pepper, favorite herbs, nutmeg, paprika.
In mince, spiced with aromatic spices, onion and 60 grams of grated cheese. Knead thoroughly, adding a couple tablespoons of regular cold water. Instead of water I poured the kefir, it seems to me this combination more harmonious, though, and the yogurt or sour cream. The meat becomes more juicy.
On a work surface (cutting Board), put a pancake, and top with 1/8 of our meat and just a roller wrap.
All the pancakes are ready, spread them in a greased with butter form. I have a form of suitable size was not, I did in 2 different forms.
The remaining 4 eggs and whisk, armed with a tablespoon, pour the pancakes on the entire surface, sprinkle top of 40 grams of cheese.
Oven preheated to 200*C, put our pancakes in the oven for 30-35 min.
Here already our wonderful meal was hot and delicious!
