Description

Panpepato
Delicious, spicy, fragrant gingerbread! Having a very rich taste, it is best, in my opinion and taste, combined with a more neutral beverages - milk or cocoa. Watched a few versions of the recipe online, for the most part took the advice of Cherries.

Cooking

step-0
Nuts fry, stirring occasionally, in oven at 180 degrees. Allow to cool and chop coarsely.
step-1
Soak raisins in warm water for 15 minutes, dry well. Candied fruits (dried fruit), finely chop. Mix all nuts.
step-2
Add to nut mix our seasoning. Pepper add exactly 0.5 tsp - less is not necessary, it gives a great flavor and doesn't let bitterness! Add the grated chocolate and all mix well! Now the most difficult - to close all this fragrant ground cover and leave at least overnight so all the flavors soaked!!!
step-3
The next day I came after work - it's been almost 20 hours since I left all of the components of our gingerbread friends! ))) In a water bath to melt the honey. Slightly cooled and added to our billet.
step-4
Now add the flour. The dough should be of such density that it can mix only with your hands, a spoon in there to wield too heavy!!!
step-5
We spread our dough in the form (my form new). If the shape of the silicone, then it does not need to lubricate, if not, then the form must vystelit well oiled paper for baking! Carefully making our gingerbread with wet hands and sent to 35-40 minutes in a preheated 160 degree oven.
step-6
Get our stick. Cools it. If you do not cook in silicone form, then slightly cool the carrot and pull it together with baking paper, cool completely and then remove the paper. Sprinkle with cocoa powder (this is optional).
step-7
Cut into pieces...
step-8
Bon appetit!!
