Cheesecake-pecan pie
Today I fell into the hands of the next issue of the magazine "School of Gastronome", where I found this fantastic, delicate, airy and rich dessert.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Walnuts

    300 g

  • Butter

    100 g

We will need soft butter, it cut into pieces and mix with cottage cheese.

Gradually drive the flour, sugar and egg.

Knead the dough until, until it becomes "independent" and will not stick to the fingers.

Roll out not very thin – about 1 cm in height, and spread in the form. Actually the recipe called for the tarts, but I decided to make a big pie.

Spread the walnuts in a blender, leave the pieces 10 for decoration

Grind the nuts, but not very finely.

Pour on the dough.

Whisk 2 eggs and 150g sugar.

Pour this mixture pie.

Spread on top of slices of nuts and place into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

The cake is ready take out and allow to cool a little.
