Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Essence

    1 Tbsp

gently separate the fish from the bone

three carrots on a grater (conventional!) onion cut into half rings, finely chop the garlic, add the peppers. Oil heat, pour all cooked, add 1 tbsp of essence, and mix well.

Put the filling on the fish (pre-cut into pieces), fold rolls

let stand at room temperature 30 minutes
