The products required.
Zucchini slice for frying (0.5 cm), salt. Roll in flour and fry in any oil. Place on a plate.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. In a bowl RUB on a small grater cheese, egg. Squeeze the garlic and add mayonnaise, mix well.
Prepare the dish. The zucchini put a circle of tomato, on top of a hill spread the filling of eggs and cheese. Decorate with green salad.
