Pudding with cinnamon, raisins and carrots
Here is the second recipe from that article. Than decided to surprise us men don't know. We have long been ispolzuet carrots, zucchini, beets and sweet potatoes for baking... Yes, well, okay with them, like the recipe. The pudding was very gentle, milky, with a rich nutty aroma and taste of cinnamon. Is not very costly and troublesome, and the result exceeded all my expectations. Unusually delicious. This is the only recipe I made some adjustments, something that seemed to me not very good...

Cooking

step-0
Raisins well washed, pour the milk and bring to boil. Turn off and immediately add soda. I was premandible add 1 tbsp (as was the original) and put 1 teaspoon with a small slide. When adding soda the milk immediately rises to three or four times, so dishes take a little more, otherwise will result. Then, of course, the foam will settle. Milk with raisins cool completely.
step-1
Softened margarine vzbit with sugar. 100 g brown sugar seemed to me a little and added 2 tbsp of the ordinary. Sugary niskolechko was not the same.
step-2
Add the egg. Beat.
step-3
Carrots grate on a fine grater. 4 carrots (as in the original recipe) seemed to me too much and I took 2 pieces, slightly larger than the average size. Also decided to add the zest from one orange. Add to the dough grated carrots, zest and cinnamon. Cinnamon I also thought a lot. I love spices, but when in moderation. And cinnamon capricious, if you overdo it, it is easy to mess it up, and don't stress.
step-4
Then add the chopped hazelnuts. Mix well.
step-5
Then add the milk with the raisins. Mix well.
step-6
Then add the flour with the baking powder. Baking powder, though it was not in the recipe, but the baking soda I put in less, so I decided to err. Put the dough in shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. The recipe stated bake for 20-25 minutes, but even the naked eye can see, which is very small for such a test. Apparently men have decided to confuse )))
step-7
Check the splinter: it should come out dry (without sticking of the crumbs, but is moist). Let stand in the form of 7-10 minutes. Remove from the mold, allow to cool slightly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and eat.
