Description
Very tasty and easy to prepare cake. And the name was born so: I read my daughter the fairy tale Bazhov "malachite Box". So inspired... :-)

Cooking
6 eggs, 1 and 2/3 Cup sugar and vanilla beat white. I have a very "incandescent" did not work, as eggs was the village and the yolk they were intensely yellow. I would say even orange!
2 cups flour sift through a sieve and mix with the baking powder (1 sachet). Add to whipped with sugar and vanilla to the eggs and continue to knead on low speed of mixer or food processor.
The dough should get the consistency of thick cream.
The form for the cake (I have a 28cm diameter) grease with vegetable oil.
Pour the batter. And bake in the oven at 150-200 degrees until Golden top. Ready to define on a dry wooden stick.
Finished workpiece for the cake to lay out on a Board and allow to cool.
Divide it into 3 even layers.
Top of the 1st cake to lubricate any jam (I had strawberry).
On top of the jam, put a layer of cream. I used this this cream.
Close 2nd layer. Again a layer of jam and a layer of cream. Put on top of 3rd layer and grease with the cream sides of cake.
Then peel the kiwi and cut it into circles.
Arrange the kiwi slices on the surface of the 3rd layer.
Fill the top of the jelly cake. I used a transparent jelly.
Using a pastry syringe cream do delicate rim around the edge of the cake and press out a few "clumps" in the middle. Each "bunch" I have decorated with confectionery sprinkles of green. Why not "the malachite Casket"?
