Gingerbread
Very chocolate, fragrant and delicious! May qualify for new year and Christmas table and as a gift. No hassle in the preparation. There is still a chance to decorate their table for the New year, old style.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    125 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

Cooking

Butter and chocolate melt on a slow fire.

Beat egg with sugar.

Continuing to whisk, in a thin stream to enter the butter-chocolate mixture.

Flour mixed with baking powder, cardamom, cocoa. Sift. Quickly knead dough and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and put the workpiece, the size of a walnut. The dough is incredibly pleasant forming!!!

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Don't overdry!!!

The finished cakes sprinkled with powdered sugar.
