Cooking
Here are the products we need for making this wonderful zapekanki.
The noodles boil until soft, drain in a colander, rinse well. In a bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and stir very well.
Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes and add to the noodles.
Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Minced vegetables in a large bowl, add browned onion, soaked in water or milk and squeezed bread, egg, salt and pepper to taste (you can add seasoning to ground beef). Mix well minced (I ran it in a blender).
To the mince add the chopped greens and stir again.
Tomatoes grated (the skin removed), place them on a sieve, to stack the extra juice. Add 1 egg and mix thoroughly.
In a greased form the first layer to spread noodles.
The noodles spread the stuffing and level.
On top lay the tomato mass.
And finally, add all the grated on a coarse grater cheese. Optionally sprinkle the top with paprika.
Cook in a hot oven (180*C) and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to stand 10 minutes, cut into portions and serve. I poured a casserole with sauce "Royal hunt", but, actually, it was quite juicy, it was possible to submit without the sauce. Sauce recipe here: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/655 02/?cid=2747770
