Zucchini with carrots and greens
Left, the stuffed eggplant, which I did, added the greens and covered with this lineup zucchini - very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Zucchini wash, cut into circles, salt and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

Filling: carrots on a fine grater, garlic through the press, parsley, finely chop and season with mayonnaise. (I got the stuffed eggplant, I added parsley).

Fold in any capacity (depending on amount of zucchini) a single layer of zucchini * brush filling, top with another layer of zucchini, again filling, and so until the zucchini and stuffing :-) Bon appetit!!!
