Homemade biscuits "Pave" with rum and raisins turns out fantastic, if only you follow the recipe. You can not rush by soaking the raisins in the rum — raisins should be well impregnated. You will then be able to enjoy the amazing taste and aroma of homemade pastries.

Cooking
Butter, powdered sugar, flour and eggs and grind until smooth.
Rinse the raisins and soak in rum (or tea, if cooking for children) for 20 minutes. Drain the liquid from the raisins, through a strainer.
Add the raisins to the dough. Mass mix well.
Baking tray lay baking paper and a tea-spoon to transfer the cookies to a distance of 2 cm from each other.
Bake cookies in a preheated 200 degree oven for no more than 10 minutes (focus on your oven!). It should be slightly Browning and stay soft.
