Air apricot mousse
This is a delicate and delicious mousse is prepared quickly, requires minimum products and contains very little calories, suitable for Dukan diet. Try it and You!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

Weigh 10 g of gelatin. (For this recipe it is important to use a gelatin of good quality.)

In a saucepan (Cup) to pour the milk, add the gelatine, leave to swell (read the instructions on the package!).

Dissolve gelatin in milk when heated, but do not boil! Cooling to 30-40 C, then add a couple tablespoons of low-calorie jam D arbo - apricot.

Stir the mixture and place in ice water to thoroughly chill it, stirring occasionally!

To turn on the mixer to maximum speed and beat the mixture until fluffy air foam and increase in volume in 2-3 times. The cooled mixture is whipped fast enough for 5 minutes, I was already a good amount! Continue whisking for 15 to 20 minutes. Fill the form mousse, refrigerate for a few hours until fully cured, then sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of jam and to eat without damage to the figure!
