Cooking
Sugar pour into a saucepan and melt. As soon as the mass becomes brown and homogeneous, pour in the warm milk. Caution, look out for hot steam! Molds filled with dough (Uraaa! I finally have silicone beauty!!! :-)). The dough rises very well. I first put in the mold 1 tbsp of dough, sprinkle chopped nuts and sugar on top and put 1 tbsp of dough. But after baking my muffins were trying to split into two parts, so the next batch I baked just 1-1. 5 tbsp of dough into the mold on top and sprinkle walnut crumbs and sugar.
