Swedish Apple cake
A more sophisticated version of our Apple Charlotte. Usually baked in high forms types of forms for cakes are better with hole in the middle. Very nice texture of sponge cake.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Corn starch

    40 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Milk

    80 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Glaze

Chop the apples into small pieces. The oven to put on heating. Whisk in the lush foam eggs with sugar and zest of half a lemon. Warm the milk and dissolve in it the butter (do not boil). Milk-oil mixture is still warm, add to eggs, stir. Mix the flour, starch and baking powder and add to egg-milk mixture. Add to the mix the apples and cinnamon. Stir. To put high in the short form (24 cm). Oven - (program hot air - 160*C) - 35 min, conventional oven (top-bottom) - 180*C - 50 min. to Check on availability.

Remove from the mold and allow to cool. I greased the top with a mixture of rum with apricot jam. (It was sticky, but delicious!) Then slice. Enjoy your tea!!!
