Roll
Baked meat with mushrooms in puff pastry. This roll is delicious either hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Salt

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

Slice the mushrooms thin slices,fry in butter for about 10-15 minutes.Cool.

Minced meat combine with egg yolks,finely chopped onion,parsley.Proteins vzbit in a lush foam and add to the stuffing. Then the cooled mushrooms and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Roll the dough into a thin layer,put the stuffing well and taping the edges to turn the roll. Before baking, pierce with a knife above the upper part of the loaf. Bake in a well heated oven at 200C for approximately 1 hour. Roll ready,allow five minutes to cool and cut into portions. Bon appetit.
