A lot of pies, but pies with fresh cherries is the taste of summer, childhood and memories. Nothing special, simple enough, but tasty. Special piquancy gives a tiny bit of chocolate inside the cherry.

Cooking
From cherries to remove bone and give to drain the juice. Sprinkle to your taste with sugar. The more sugar, the more juice. Can be powdered with potato starch to keep the juice inside the pie.
