Cooking

step-0
step-1
In minced meat add ginger, chopped chilli, curry, coriander, salt and pepper. Add 2-3 tablespoons yogurt and 3 tablespoons of powdered milk.
step-2
Knead the minced meat in a blender, with the nozzle for mixing (I mixed the immersion blender). *I noticed that if minced in a blender, the consistency of the patties is much better.
step-3
For sauce, mix remaining yogurt, milk powder, sugar, olive oil and chili powder and season with salt.
step-4
Divide the stuffing into 18 pieces, and shape of meat balls. Roll in the flaked almonds (in the trail.once you try cereal pre-fry), put on a baking sheet (don't forget to cover with foil to then was less to wash), leaving between cakes enough space since they can grow in the process of roasting. I got two baking trays with 9 meatballs.
step-5
Good sauce to each chop. Bake in a hot oven to 190 gr. 30 minutes. At the end of the cooking time the almonds should be Golden and crispy. The burgers are juicy. Serve immediately, while hot.
step-6
On the side it will be good couscous and a salad of fresh vegetables.
