Meat with ginger and mushrooms
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Yulya001 called "Meat with ginger and mushrooms" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Dry red wine

Let's start with the marinade for meat. 2 cloves garlic, peel and finely chop. Soy sauce mixed with wine (take only the red dry wine), add the garlic and grated on a fine grater ginger.

Meat thoroughly washed, cleaned of films and cut into medium-sized pieces. Pour the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.

While the meat is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Up onions,
