Only balls made of minced fish with the egg... but are always a great success and Domashny, and guests. Are made very quickly and simply. It turns out delicious!

Cooking
Fillet (I had cod) mince.
Onion very finely chopped and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Mix the minced meat, spices, egg, onion and crackers. Knead well a lot.
Quail eggs boil 5 minutes, cool and clean.
Roll the eggs in the stuffing, cupping oval balls.
Zrazy put in a greased form and put in a hot oven.
Bake at 200*C for 25-30 minutes until browned.
Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes, ketchup or sauce, cut right in half with a sharp knife.
