Meat in French
Want to add your own recipe of meat in French. I made small changes in the basic recipe, and the meat is softer and tastier.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    180 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

STEP 1. Meat cut into pieces thick 1 cm and Repelling by 15 minutes soak in wine, a little diluted with boiled water. Take out the meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
