Cooking
So, pink salmon (without fluid) put in a Cup and carefully mash with a fork.
Onion cut into cubes and put it into the Cup to the pink.
Boiled carrots grate on a fine grater.
Eggs cut into strips or cubes.
From cans of peas drained liquid and pour it into the Cup.
Paprika and black pepper.
Give everything a good stir.
